“Strategic Implant®” technology is a unique technique that has radically changed the approach to implant placement.
Bicortical implantation technique allows the placement of implants regardless of the degree of bone atrophy and the presence of teeth. Each implant is anchored at two locations in the cortical bone. This bone has a high degree of mineralization and stability and can be loaded immediately.

Indications and contra-indications
Indications
for Strategic Implant®:
- partly or completely missing teeth, or when fixed bridges are desired
- the procedure of 2-stage implant placement or bone augmentation has failed
- slight bone loss up to severe bone atrophy
- treatment of smokers is possible with the same chance of success
- diabetes and other serious diseases that delay the healing process.
Contraindications for Strategic Implant® :
- prolonged oral or i.v. use of Biphosphonates
- cases where bilateral equal mastication can not be arranged, e.g. when chewing muscles or their innervation are partly missing. However, these cases might still be treatable by experienced professionals.
Warranty
During 4 years Simpladent clinic provides free-of-charge implants replacement (in case of rejection, since the survival of the installed implants depends on the patient`s ) body and at a significantly reduced cost, replacement of the orthopedic construction.
Note, please, that regular chek-ups at Simpladent сlinic are required to maintain the warranty.
Treatment possibilities and cost of treatment
The Simpladent treatment allows you to save time and money. Not by using cheap implants or off-brand accessories, but with the help of modern, anvanced and effective technology. Compared to conventional methods, the treatment expenses only amount to approximately two thirds of the price of comparable 2-stage treatments due to fewer appointments in the clinic (usually only three for the initial treatment), fewer treatment steps and faster treatment progress. The final price for the individual treatment will be defined after x-rays and medical documentation have been submitted to the treatment provider and after he/she knows about the individual needs.
SINGLE IHDEDENTAL IMPLANT INSTALLATION (SWITZERLAND):
- implant installation is possible immediately after the removal of the affected tooth;
- the crown is fixed in the first 2-3 days;
- Two types of crowns can be used depending on the situation:
- temporary crown ISO-Fusion Compound;
- permanent crown made of zirconium dioxide;
- the structure is fixed on permanent Japanese cement Fuji +;
* the cost of the crown is calculated additionally depending on the materials
INSTALLATION OF STRATEGIC IMPLANT® ON THE SEGMENT FROM 3 TO 5 TEETH:
- the installation of implants is possible immediately after the removal of the affected teeth;
- fixation of crowns is carried out in the first 2-3 days;
- when restoring a segment (3-5 teeth), it is recommended to install zirconium dioxide or metal-ceramics (permanent) crowns;
- the structure is fixed on permanent Japanese cement Fuji + ;
* the cost of the crown is calculated additionally depending on the materials
STRATEGIC IMPLANT® INSTALLATION ON ONE JAW
- all implants required for an individual clinical situation are included in the price;
- Immediately after implantation, we get impressions for making future teeth;
- it is recommended to install metal-composite or ISO-Fusion Compound bridges;
- the choice of teeth is always individual and the decision is made depending on the specific clinical situation by the doctor and the patient before starting treatment

STRATEGIC IMPLANT® INSTALLATION ON BOTH JAWS
- implantation of two jaws is the most predictable and controlled option for dental restoration at the same time;
- all implants required for an individual clinical situation are included in the price;
- Immediately after implantation, we get impressions for making future bridge prosthesis;
- depending on the clinical situation, zirconium or metal-composite teeth can be made.
